The transaction includes our operations in Belgium and Poland. These teams have built a strong position in mobility over many years. In the current market, scale and dedicated focus are critical to remain competitive. Under Callista Group, the organisations in Belgium and Poland can continue to develop with targeted operational support and a clear growth plan in both Western and Eastern Europe.
Focused growth in healthcare
Helvoet continues with its operations in the Netherlands and India. In these locations, we see clear and sustained demand for high precision polymer and elastomer components in healthcare applications.
Over recent years, we have expanded our position in this segment. We support customers with cleanroom moulding, assembly, and co-development of system-critical components. This next phase is about focus. We strengthen our capabilities where reliability, traceability, and validated processes are essential.
We are exploring how to further develop our Dutch and Indian operations to support customers in diagnostics, drug delivery, and medical devices. This includes investments in engineering, cleanroom capacity, and scalable production. Customers in healthcare benefit from a more focused Helvoet. We align our engineering, tooling, moulding, and assembly capabilities around applications where precision and consistency directly impact performance and safety.
We continue to support projects from early design through to high volume production, with full traceability and validated processes. Helvoet remains committed to long term partnerships. We develop together with our customers to bring reliable, scalable solutions to market.
